About the app.
A client approached us with the task of creating a Telegram bot for a festival. The task of the bot is to guide the user along the route with the output of different data at the stages of the route.
App features.
The user path is as follows:
- The user registers for the festival and the organizers give them a link to the bot
- The user logs into the bot and clicks the “Start” button
- The bot then issues pieces of the task to the user according to the planned schedule or, if the user is ahead of schedule, on demand (by pressing the “Continue” button). The bot's functionality included a greeting with a description of the festival, issuing path coordinates, issuing audio files with hints, and issuing pictures to visualize the path.
- After completing the route, the bot offers to rate the festival as feedback. The evaluations are recorded in the database, which makes it possible to statistically understand the level of satisfaction of the participants.
